Each order is made specially for you, not pulled from a shelf or warehouse. 🌷

Because of this, all our products are made to order or custom-printed, which means we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This policy helps keep our process ethical, sustainable, and waste-free — every item created is intentional and personal. 🌿

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, so we do our best to provide clear descriptions, accurate photos, and detailed sizing charts to help you make the perfect choice before ordering. If you ever need extra info (about size, fit, materials, or care), please reach out before purchasing — we’re always happy to help! 💌

🧡 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
