Thank you so much for supporting this small creative shop — it truly means the world. Every order you place helps a dream grow! Each designed clothing piece, tote bag, t-shirt, cup, and sticker is made to order with heart, care, and imagination — never mass-produced, always made just for you. 🌷

Because everything here is made thoughtfully, processing times vary depending on the product:

• 👗 Designed clothes: Please allow at least 15 business days to process and make your clothing piece — each one is crafted to order, ensuring every detail and print is perfect before it ships. (This time does not include shipping.)
• 🎨 Tote bags, t-shirts, cups, and stickers: Usually take 3–7 business days to prepare before shipping.

During busy seasons or holidays, these times may extend slightly — but we promise, it’s worth the wait! Each piece is made with love and quality in mind. 💫

Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey home. ✨

We like to keep things simple and transparent:

• 🌸 Orders under 150 CAD: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
• 💖 Orders over 150 CAD: Enjoy free standard shipping!

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on your location at checkout.

After your order has been processed and shipped:

• Within Canada: 3–10 business days (depending on your location and carrier speed).
